I'm confused.
I'm not sure if this tartan Topshop trench coat wants to be Henry Holland's long lost sketch or Kelly Osburne's Luella Bartley coat that she wore to Glastonbury this year.
Regardless, I'm not sure how I feel about. On one hand, it's a funkier and younger version of Dolce & Gabbana's take on plaids for fall. Also, I like the way the jacket is cut in the back. Plus, it only costs $125, unlike D & G's rich peasant pieces.
But then, there's this dilemma that arises: how many times would I wear this? Not to mention, who wants to look like a Kelly Osbourne wannabe? And willingly?
I'm torn. My paypal account says, "yes," but my Tim Gunn-esque fashion conscious says, "No, buy pieces that are timeless and of a better quality."
What would you do?
