As was mentioned earlier, pretty much everybody from the first season of Make Me A Supermodel has signed with New York Model Management.
Perry, Shannon, Ben, Ronnie, and Holly Kiser (the actual winner) can all be seen giving their sexiest pout on both of NY Models' men's and women's boards.
But not all is loss for the other cast mates whom the judges didn't see the lucrative "it" factor in.
Case in point: Jacki Hydock. The outspoken babe who wasn't afraid to put Perry in his place from being arrogant or call Ben out for kind of forgetting his was freaking married has been scooped up by Re:Quest models.
Douglas Perrett of Confessions of a Casting Director just uploaded the reality star's Polaroids to his website. Hydock looks young, fresh, and (surprise!) like an actual model. Much like her other cast mates, it'll be interesting to see what success the new face gains without Tyson Beckford and Nikki Taylor guiding her.
Meanwhile, if Jacki's career never takes off, at least she gets to bump into Cole Mohr when getting cards for go-sees this September.
Oh, snap: Lasts night's episode of Make Me A Supermodel was a letdown of epic proportions. First, Naomi was on camera all of four minutes and all she did was flip through the models portfolios. Oh, yeah. I almost forgot. She also waxed poetic about her and Tyson modeling together back in the day.
In fact, Christian Siriano - winner of the fourth season of Project Runway - was the one dishing out all of the proper modeling instructions.
This was the last week of judging, before we find who (Ronnie, Ben, Perry, or Holly) wins in two weeks - the next episode is the reunion special.
We have all our money on Ben. Although, we would love to see Holly win but MMAS voters don't seem to like our kind. Sad, sad, sad.
As we mentioned on Monday, Naomi will be helping the models on Make Me A Supermodel tonight with their runway performances.
Known for her powerful strut, even the mighty Naomi has taken a fall on the catwalk.
In this clip from 1995, watch as Naomi discusses the ordeal with a very excited David Letterman. Yea, it was bad. But we still believe Jessica Stam's fall at Chloe takes the cake. Ouch!
So, last week's episode of Make Me A Supermodel ended with Perry's girlfriend calling him to inform him about a juicy tabloid story involving her, except she actually didn't tell him what it was about.
Well, the producers knew all about it and they had Tyson show Perry the National Enquier story about his girlfriend dating Brit Brit's ex-man, Adnan Ghalib. Shocked and visibly upset, Perry packed his things and headed to New Orleans with the rest of the models for a photoshoot.
Damn. We really didn't want to like the man. He had the whole arrogant/cocky thing down pat - making him the perfect reality television vilian. And yet, we can't help but feel bad for me. *Sigh*
Since they were in the city of sin and voodoo, the photoshoot took place in a cementary. The models wore goth makeup and outfits. Spooky, indeed.
Because we are now down to 5 models in this competition, only two people were put up for the vote: Shannon and Ronnie.
Generally speaking, MMAS voters tend to favor the men more - so, this may be the last week for our girl Shannon. But Ben is going to win everything anyways, right?
The producers of Bravo's new model show must believe the competition between themselves and ANTM is of epic proportions because this week's episode was so, so bizarre. First, Frankie got sent home. But he was signed to WhyNot Milan before he signed on to do the show, so know tears were shed for him.
The models threw Nikki Taylor a surprise birthday party that couldn't have been any more awkward and fake: The girls (conveniently) baked her a cake and the guys wrote a song to serenade her at the party. The expression on Nikki's face said it all.
Next, the crew went to Bloomingdale's. They had to be live mannequins at a party, while the customers viewed the clothes they were wearing. As usual, Perry couldn't resist showing off and the clients were annoyed.
At panel, Ben (who said he didn't like wearing high fashion clothing?!), Ronnie, and Casey were put for the vote. The end.
Or at least that's what I thought. Back at the house Perry got a urgent phone call from his girlfriend. And what did the little lady have to say? Not a damn thing. But an article flashed on the screen with her standing alongside Brit Brit's ex Adnan Ghalib. A major "WTF" moment ensused.
