Last night, Anna Wintour's interview with Morley Safer for 60 Minutes aired. In the thirteen minute discussion, the editor-in-chief comes across as a shrewd business women who is not a fan of "little houses" (read: fat people) and commands a lot of respect from her peers and remarkably thin editors who seem to be in a constant state of motion as they attempt to flee from their boss' scornful gaze. Still, the most revealing looks into Anna's real personality are left on the cutting room floor. Luckily though, CBS posted the outtakes from Anna's feature on the web this morning. My favorite would have to be her lament on why she loves fur and the aforementioned "little houses."

Dennis Leary to kick it with Fashion Rocks
Much like the music-oriented supplement that comes along with Vogue's September issue, I'm indifferent about Fashion Rock, the music special on CBS that everybody from the Conde Nast crew and every celebrity who wants to be in Vogue magazine attends.
The performances are never really memorable or anything too special that would lead one to write home about them. And yet, Fashion Rocks doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon (unfortunately).
To make the TV special just a little more odd, though, Denis Leary has been chosen to host the star-studded event this year, which takes place on September 5th.
I know, I don't get either. Musical guests this year include: Chris Cornell, OneRepublic, Pussycat Dolls, Solange Knowles and Timbaland, with special guest Lynyrd Skynyrd. So if you're stuck at home on that faithful Friday night on September, uh, enjoy.
