Chanel is the only authentic fashion guru out there...everyone else is derivative including the folks who do her line now. She would scream if she saw some of this stuff they attach her name to. She was so understatedly dramatic. Her rule about being well dressed that says once you are finished dressing and accessorizing, remove one item is a rule I still follow. Those jersey dresses she designed early in her career would look just great now! How many designers are that timeless. Yeah, I idolize her.
